Sugar: All Time High Was In 1974

I am long sugar, that does not mean it is going to go up. One simple fact is sugar is 75 percent from its all time high. I don`t know if you know many things that are 75 percent below its all time highs. By the way, that all time high was in 1974!

More people in America study Public Relations than study agriculture. So, we have low inventories, we are running out of farmers. The world is facing a crisis.

No Young People Are Going Into Agriculture

The world has consumed more than it has produced for the last decade which means of course thst inventories are near historic lows. We have low inventories which is bad but even worse than that, we are running out of farmers. The average age of farmers in America is 58, in japan is 66 and no young people are going into agriculture.

Tapering Is Not Coming Soon

I don`t have an estimate because I don`t think it will happen anytime soon. Mr. Bernanke is certainly not going to do it, he wants to get out while he can, before it all falls apart. Mrs. Yellen undoubtedly will not do anything at first because I hope she knows, I hope she is smart enough to know that is it going to cause problems when they stop printing so much money. So I would suspect this will go on for a while, maybe 2015.

If and when they do start cutting back, the markets are going to react pretty badly and then they will probably loosen up again.

Central Banks: It`s Insane What Is Going On

It`s absolute insanity what is going on. It`s not just the Fed, it`s central banks, it`s the first time in recorded history that all major central banks are printing printing a lot of money, trying to debase their currencies. The world is floating around on a huge artificial sea of liquidity. It`s going to dry up and when it dries up, we are all going to pay the price for this madness.
